I am starting this blog to share my life and what I do to help keep my family well. I am a working mother of 3 beautiful girls with an amazing husband who has dedicate his life to raising and homeschooling/unschooling our 3 daughters. I am a Real Food believer and a resent essential oils convert. We use essential oils every day (as I slather on my Joy essential oil and drink my Ningxia Red with Citrus Fresh). I am looking forward to sharing what we have learned (the good and the bad) and what we am doing.
